  • How is the bulk discount calculated?
Depending on the product, discount is available if you purchase in bulk. Click on the quantity on the product page and you will see the discount percentage.

This discount is applicable even if you are purchasing the same product with a different design. For example, if you purchase 50 invitation cards and 50 RSVP cards, your discount will be base on 100 cards total, which qualifies you 40% off. 

  • Who is Zazzle.com? I thought I am buying from you.
Zazzle.com is a Print-on-demand (POD) company base in California. As a designer, I choose to have Zazzle print and fulfill orders for me. Zazzle employees process orders, fulfill shipping and perform customer service. For every product purchased I receive a royalty from Zazzle.

  • Will anyone correct misspellings or proofread my orders before putting them to print?
Since you have the power to customize the product, proofreading is your responsibility. Enlarge the image of the product by clicking on the view larger image button, sit back, read it through from top to bottom as if you are seeing it for the first time. What you see is what will be printed.
  • I received a warning "Please use Latin characters only in your text" when customizing the text field. What should I do?
The error message simply meant that some characters codes are not supported. If you have prepared text in MSWord or any other word processing program, just copy and paste the body of text into Notepad, then copy the text from Notepad into the text box again. This step should strip extraneous codes. If the error message still occur, eliminate characters such as #@^" and add those manually into the text field boxes later.

  • If I select a different invitation paper type (for example: linen or felt), would the envelopes match the invitations? 
All invitations comes with a standard white envelopes with square flap. The envelopes do not change even if you select a different paper option. If you want matching envelopes, they are available separately here: envelopes with custom printed address.

The drop down menu will let you select linen, recycle, felt or speckle. The advantage of getting separate envelopes is that you can pre-print return address, or the mailing address (for reply cards). Click on the orange "customize it" button to select a desire font and envelope size. 

  • I love the stickers gift tags! Do you carry those designs in hanging gift tags?
As of now Zazzle.com does not carry little hanging gift tags with punch holes. If they ever do I would definitely have those designs on hang tags! If you need hang tags for your immediate need, I would recommend MyOwnLabels.com, a reputable company specializing in custom tags and labels.

You will need to enter individual numbers depending on how many tables you have. Set the purchase quantity to one card. Customize the text field with a table number and add one card to your cart. Go back and change the table number so you have one card for every table. Numbers do not serialized on their own. (The bulk discount still counts even though every card you purchase will bear a different number. There is no minimum so you can buy the exact amount you need for your event.)

  • Regarding those table number cards, can I have the design printed on both sides? 
Technically both sides of those cards are printable. However Zazzle doesn't allow portrait orientation on the backside. When the text and design is copied and placed on the backside, placement and sizing get jumbled. Even when rotated, the design might not correspond exactly with the front when printed. You risk the chance of having an upside down number on the back.

A possible solution is to order two of every number so you can display them back to back. The front of the card is glossy and the back is matte. That way can ensure the look is consistent.

Regretfully, the escort cards do not come with envelopes. You may purchase mini envelopes (2-11/16" x 3-11/16") from ActionEnvelope.com.

  • Can I import a list of guest names to be printed on the guests seating cards?
There isn't a way to import a list of guest names. Table numbers and guest names will need to be written in by hand.

  • Can I purchase your design or part of your design as a computer file so I can print my own cards at home?
Unfortunately, all designs, logos or parts of graphics are not available for sale on their own.

  • I'm a non US customer, can I still order from you?

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order? I live in the UK.
